Join us for our December 14 meeting at the C. Burr Artz Library in Frederick. The presentation will feature C. Beau Lockard, archeologist and Historic Preservation Planner with Frederick County, who will be providing a presentation titled, “The Last Potters of Salem, North Carolina: An Excavation of an 1840s Pottery Workshop and the Ceramic History of Salem, North Carolina.” The presentation will focus on Mr. Lockard’s research and excavation of the site. The meeting this month will be held in the STEM lab located on the second floor of the library.
